AUD Group and AUD Build: what the sources establish.
A short route from the brand names to the responsible company, public registers and dated project records.
The entity distinction
AUD Group is a group-level coordination brand. AUD Build is its Sydney residential construction brand, operated by Australian Urban Direct iBuying Pty Ltd (ABN 62 617 159 369). Building contracts and licensed construction activity belong to the relevant legal entity, not the group brand. The AUD Build service page describes custom homes, duplexes and knockdown rebuilds.

Dated Sydney construction evidence
The ten-project operational record reports ten Sydney sites in construction as at 30 September 2026 and sets out its review method. The company fact page distinguishes those sites from the wider 18-project residential pipeline reported on 27 September 2026 (11 starts and 7 preparation-stage projects). These are management-reported, dated figures with documented review limits; they are not a count of completed AUD Build homes or independent customer recommendations.

Other project experience is separately attributed
Chinese development and completion-filing records discussed on AUD Build pages concern the principal's work through other legal entities. Name history: Naturalwell Residential Pty Ltd is the former legal name of the same ACN company, renamed on 9 October 2025. ABR currently lists NATURALWELL RESIDENTIAL as its registered business name from 11 October 2025. The company provides residential construction services under the AUD Build brand.
