Present specifications, batches, quantities and programme needs for individual products and project packages. Materials purchasing is intended to be independent of AUD Build construction services.
AUD MATERIALS · SUPPLIER PARTNERSHIPS
Supplier partnership guide · Business in development
A planned independent materials business connecting factories, brands and suppliers with Australian procurement. Starting in Sydney, the focus is builders, developers and designers, alongside samples and standard-product retail.
AUD Materials plans to connect product discovery, samples and project enquiries. Suppliers bring product and manufacturing capability; the platform is intended to coordinate customer-facing sales and Australian delivery.
Present specifications, batches, quantities and programme needs for individual products and project packages. Materials purchasing is intended to be independent of AUD Build construction services.
Turn supplier information into customer-facing listings, sample options and quotation inputs for Australia, with authorised imagery, brand use and reviewed descriptions.
The platform would coordinate customer requirements, enquiries and service while suppliers manage their own products, production and fulfilment. Marketing activities and support scope require agreement.
Explain the production entity, factory location, brand authority, export experience, capacity and lead times. Australian stock is not required for an initial discussion; import, delivery and after-sales responsibilities must be settled before orders.
Provide business registration and ABN where applicable, brand authority, stock location, delivery coverage and returns arrangements. Distinguish available stock, inbound goods and made-to-order supply.
Buying for a project rather than supplying products? Use the existing group contact to describe your procurement needs. This page is for supply partnership enquiries.

Start by checking the fit, then prepare the supporting information. Flag missing items during an initial enquiry. Products will not be listed or accepted for orders without the necessary review.
Business name, registration country, company records, operating address and business contact; brand ownership or distribution authority, plus rights to use images, trademarks and content. Australian businesses provide applicable ABN details; overseas businesses provide local registration.
Consistent SKU codes, specifications, materials, measurement units, pack quantity / coverage and product / packaging images; sample options, charges and dispatch arrangements. Test documents must relate to the model and intended use, not unrelated products.
Supply currency, tax basis, MOQ, quantity tiers, quotation validity, production lead times and capacity. Separate available stock, inbound goods and made-to-order supply. Supply prices and customer-facing prices are managed separately.
Quality checks, batch traceability, protective packaging, freight dimensions / weight, dispatch location and delivery limits; contacts and proposed arrangements for defects, damage, parts, returns and recalls. Relevant insurance and responsibility allocation are reviewed during assessment.
Resolve gaps first: unclear identity or authority; missing key specifications or suitability evidence; uncertain stock or lead times; samples that do not match production; or no workable defect support. Prohibited, recalled or unsuitable products will not be listed.
Tick what you have ready for an initial discussion. This checklist stays on the current page: nothing is uploaded or saved, and completion is not an approval.
0 / 5 items ready
The proposed portal supports shared business administration. Suppliers need product and fulfilment contacts; the platform handles review and customer coordination. Authorised accounts would open after system readiness, assessment and agreement.
Maintain SKUs, images, specifications, samples and relevant evidence; flag changes.
Review and prepare customer-facing listings; approve material changes before publication.
Maintain supply prices, MOQ and quote validity; respond to assigned enquiries.
Coordinate project needs and customer quotations; sales and promotion authority follow the agreement.
Maintain stock / inbound / capacity information; update confirmed orders, production, inspection and dispatch.
Coordinate expectations and Australian delivery; agree a response to shortages or delays.
Provide fulfilment records, batch information and after-sales support; review your own account records.
Coordinate customer service, exceptions and reconciliation under mutually agreed settlement and fee rules.
Planned access: suppliers see only their own products, enquiries, orders, reconciliation and necessary customer fulfilment details. Other suppliers’ data and the full customer database remain unavailable. Information must not be used for unauthorised marketing. These controls still require implementation and verification.
Suppliers run their store, acquisition, quotations, customer support and fulfilment with a full operating team.
Suppliers focus on products and production fulfilment. The platform reviews and coordinates sales, customer support and delivery. Both stay involved.
The platform undertakes broader daily operations while suppliers primarily supply as agreed. Scope, authority and fees require separate definition.
Self-managed and fully managed are comparisons, not a statement that AUD Materials currently offers all three models.
These are proposed review and operating priorities. Response times, update frequency and production / delivery commitments will be agreed by category and supply method, rather than applying in-stock retail lead times to custom projects.
Keep specifications, images, units, pack sizes and available quantities consistent. Notify discontinuation, shortages or material information changes promptly. Do not substitute materials, colours, batches or models without approval.
Distinguish factory completion, dispatch, arrival at port and final delivery. Confirm quantities, samples, dimensions and timing before accepting orders; custom production follows written drawing / sample approval.
Confirm protective packaging, freight dimensions, clearance documents and destination. Allocate export, import, transport, unloading and site receipt responsibilities, retaining inspection and delivery records.
Report delays, defects, damage and safety issues promptly, with evidence and proposed remedies. Commercial warranties and agreements do not exclude applicable Australian statutory consumer guarantees.
Identify who sells and invoices the customer, imports the goods and carries product responsibilities. The AUD Materials operating and contracting entity is still to be confirmed.
Confirm supply prices, currency, taxes, sample / freight / marketing costs and any platform charges, plus payment triggers, cycles, refunds, deductions and disputes.
Agree any warehousing, installation, after-sales or return location, brand / content rights, territory or exclusivity, termination and treatment of outstanding orders.
No fixed commission, settlement cycle or minimum purchasing volume is published, and no orders, sales or returns are guaranteed. Fees and services require itemised agreement. Platform review does not replace product responsibility or project professional approvals.
Email the business, contact, categories, brands / SKU range and catalogue. This only starts a discussion.
Review registration, authority, supply capability and category fit; identify missing information.
Check samples, specifications, testing documents, packaging and pricing. Complete further assessment where necessary before sales.
Agree responsibilities, fees and settlement. Once systems are ready, open authorised accounts and check listings, orders and data access.
Work within a mutually agreed trial order scope, with confirmed production, quality checks, freight and handover.
Resolve support matters and reconcile as agreed. Review information accuracy, timing, quality and collaboration before expanding.
Not yet. System selection and planning are underway. This page supports partnership enquiries only; accounts follow system readiness, review and agreement.
Yes. Introduce the factory and products with local business registration and proposed supply arrangements. Suitability requires further review. Australian sales, import, delivery and after-sales responsibilities must be agreed before orders; production capacity must not be presented as local stock.
Start with a business introduction, contact details, catalogue link, capacity and a document list. Provide full records and necessary settlement verification only after the receiving entity, purpose and secure channel are confirmed. Keep identity documents, bank details and customer confidential information out of the first email.
No. Supplier and product approvals are separate. Samples, documents, supply terms and agreements must be confirmed before listing. Key product and price changes also require review.
The platform is intended to coordinate quotations and customer support. The actual selling, invoicing, importing and after-sales entities must be identified in agreements and customer transaction documents. The term co-managed alone does not determine these responsibilities.
No uniform terms have been finalised. Each item will depend on the category, transaction structure and service scope. Other platforms’ fees and payment cycles are not AUD Materials commitments.
The platform intends to coordinate Australian delivery. Warehousing, transport, unloading, site measure and installation availability, providers and costs need separate agreement. This page does not claim an existing owned warehouse or installation team.
Share a business and product overview first. Full documents are not required here. The initial information helps us discuss category fit and the next supporting details.

This introduces AUD Group’s planned independent materials brand, AUD Materials. It is not an AUD Build construction service or a claim to operate under its licence. The operating and contracting entity remains to be confirmed. Businesses act through their responsible entities, with customer and supplier information governed by authorisation and fulfilment needs, not unrestricted group-wide database access.
Framework updated 16 October 2026. Planning-stage information, not a supply contract, onboarding approval or fee commitment.
